So it looks like what's going to be interesting is the Republican Primary.

It will be a tough race between Randy Forbes, who is carpetbagging his way over from Chesapeake, and Del. Scott Taylor who lost to Rigell in 2010.

Also, looks like the VA Beach Stolle machine is backing Taylor.

Still not hearing anything about any democrats running...

So it looks like putting Forbes in the 2nd is a deal they struck? This is from Bull Elephant so take this with a grain of salt. Maybe why no democrat is running.
