He was actively stalling the Atlasian court case in which you and ebowed are defendants (he told me over PM that he only objected to me being a juror because he was trying to get an "innocent by default" finding in every possible way), a clear obstruction of justice, and now we learn he broke the huge amount of trust Dave/Nym put into him when they gave him mod board access. He's an HP.

Bacon King was a pillar of this community and already-dead Atlasia antics and an awful mistake after years of modding doesn't make him a "horrible person." You need serious help if you have the capability of disliking BK.

I recognize that BK made an error in judgment, and de-modding her would be reasonable, but like you said, she is a pillar of this community, and I don't support banning her for something that she regretted, apologized for publicly, and was largely the fault of whoever modcaveleaks is.

If you are going to ban people on a forum then you have to for this; it is just about the highest offense possible, and even if a mistake, there has to be repercussions.
