We would most likely see a bunch of lone wolf terrorists like the Kansas "Crusaders" rather than any organized efforts. I don't think terrorist attacks against the state are as likely as hate crimes against immigrants and minorities. And if they did get organized, tanks and aircraft would quickly neutralize any militias they could form, especially in rural areas where the government doesn't fear the risk of collateral damage.
