MadmanMotley, you should also consider giving the Lt. Gov the power to break ties in the case of a tied vote in the assembly in your Amendment. I believe there no tie-breaking procedure is provided by the constitution as of right now.

A vote to remove Crabcake from office has passed in the assembly under Article III, Section 1: The Assembly, as he has not posted for at least 7 days during which there have been two consecutive votes. An Assembly seat is now vacant.
