Been doing some research to better understand the House districts lately, and I thought this would be interesting.  Share as much as you want in whatever format you'd like, of course.  Navigating this site http://statisticalatlas.com/state/Iowa/Overview might help you find some cool information, too!  Here is both my home one and where we would have lived if we never moved:

IA-2 (Home District)
Rep: Dave Loebsack (2007-Present)
Previous Rep: Jim Leach (2003-2007)
2016 Result: Loebsack 53.7%, Peters 46.2%
2016 POTUS Result: Trump 49%, Clinton 45%
Population: 765,750
Demographics: 87.7% White, 4.9% Hispanic, 3.6% Black, 2.0% Asian, 1.5% Mixed, .3% Other
Median Income: $49,500
College Degree: 36.7%
Major Cities: Quad Cities (IA side), Iowa City
Other Fact(s): Jim Leach was redistricted from IA-1 to this district, which most attribute to his eventual loss (he was very popular).

IL-18 (Birth District)
Rep: Darin LaHood (2015-Present)
Previous Rep: Aaron Schock (2009-2015) (LOL)
2016 Result: LaHood 72.13%, Rodriguez 27.87%
2012 POTUS Result: Romney 61%, Obama 37% (can't find 2016)
Population: 717,250
Demographics: 89.7% White, 3.8% Black, 2.5% Hispanic, 2.3% Asian, 1.5% Mixed, .2% Other
Median Income: $58,300
College Degree: 38.6%
Major Cities: Peoria, Bloomington-Normal, Springfield
Other Fact(s): Abraham Lincoln represented most of this district during his term, and it has not sent a Democrat to DC since 1939.

Like I said, just post anything!

People describing their homes as a series of statistics is depressing. Not in that the content of the statistics is necessarily depressing, just that that is how they would choose to do so to find it interesting.

yes I know this is Atlas and everything but I can still now feel the icy clutch of despair on my shoulder, sticking his dry tongue into my ear, hissing, spraying acidic bits of saliva into the creases and folds, median income 24,000, teen pregnancy rate 14.41 per 1000, percentage of farmland not corn 4.5%

It's just a topic, bro.  Trying to get more exposed to the House districts without spending hours and hours pulling this information myself, and I figured people would like to describe the politics and demographics of where they live ... not like I've ever answered the "Where are you from?" question with, "Well, I was born in IL-18, but now I live in IA-2."

Let me refer just to this part of your post for a moment.  Chill the  out.
