No differences, Rubio went too far in with TV ads and not enough ground game. Cruz relied too much on a narrow base.

Trump was pretty much a lock after Rubio turned out to be a paper tiger, and was highly favored after the first debate.

And as for Dems, Bernie didn't really take off until Michigan. Sure Iowa was close, and he won NH, but he didn't seem that serious and even let The South be a slaughter which locked in for Hillary.
