California.

Besides the weird anti-Carter/pro-Reagan dynamic [not just talking 'bout 1980] and one blip thanks to some effort, there's a reason the state has generally been LEFT of the consensus since 'Nam.


The West swung very uniformly toward Kerry in 2004.

Except for California, curiously enough.

Among red/Atlas blue states, Kentucky and Montana.

How is Kentucky non-interventionist?
