The number of mass shootings would rise in place of the college riots.
Her approvals would likely be in the low 50's, but there'd be a far greater conservative resistance [since they seem to have much more spine] that'd successfully have routed all the SC Nominees thrown their way. But she would have gotten stuff done and likely been consigned to a Ford-esque sort of tenure.
Collins would NOT be the reverse Joe Manchin as hoped in such a case.
And Tim Kaine would be invisible.
