2000: 49.62% Bush
1996: 53% Clinton
1992: 46.5% Clinton
1988: 56.1% Bush
1984: 64.4% Reagan
1980: 49.4% Carter
1976: 53.6% Carter
1972: 70.3% Nixon
1968: 49% Nixon
1964: 59.9% Johnson
1960: 53% Nixon

1972: Nixon

1964: Goldwater
1960: Nixon

Liberty University is literally 10 mins away, so yeah, Truman was the last Democrat to win (though Obama got surprisingly close in '08)
