Taking out the fact that rest of Arizona actually gets snowfall in the winter to offset the awful summer weather, taking out my general preference for rural over urban...

I'll go with the rest of Arizona, although it's a little unfair since I've never been to Phoenix or Tuscon (apart from the Phoenix airport). But I liked what I saw of Arizona, at least in terms of the natural landscape.

When is the Massachusetts version coming?

When the list gets to Boston, but since Jacksonville, Indianapolis, Columbus , Charlotte, Detroit, Seattle, Denver, and Memphis all have greater populations at the moment, the states those cities are in take precedence.
