Looks like:

Reagan = FDR
Bush Sr = Truman
Clinton = Ike
Dubya = JFK/LBJ
Obama/Hillary = Nixon/Ford

is all but confirmed now. In fact, Hillary only won 5 Carter states [the rest of her victories were Ford states], and the majority of Trump States are Carter states.
