Realistically, in a swing state like Ohio you're only going to control the governorship like half the time. I'm fine punting this year. Frankly, it doesn't matter who controls the governorship now. 2018 will be a lot more important (cuz of redistricting) and strategically speaking, it will be easier to pick up the governorship in an open seat after 8 years of GOP rule.
