That's why he might be unpopular among some people, but why he's unpopular in the general sense (and he is very unpopular) has more bipartisan appeal, so to speak. People are very dissatisfied with him in his leadership on the budget especially, as well as businesses leaving the state. He probably couldn't win another term.
