crazy idea!!

It would be awesome to try and visit every district within the 10 year period that they exist. You would have to wait until 2013 when the new districts go into effect. But it would be awesome if someone did this. Also I'm talking just going through the districts not actually doing something there. A lot of the districts are small in urban areas. I'm sure you could plan it so you just barely go into a district. If I did this I would take my picture in front of a sign or something that would prove I was in the district. Like a city sign or landmark, or some other sign. Yes this is really crazy but I want to travel the U.S. and visit lots of places anyways. I also want to visit every state. With some clever planning and lots of time you could do it.

yeah VA 3 is quite remote, especially the interstate 64 part east of the interstate 77. I drove this route on my way back from the Norfolk area to avoid the Washington D.C. area. There were times where there were only a few cars on the road and this was mid morning. It's a very beautiful drive though but lots of mountain driving. I almost hit a scrappy looking dog that ran across the freeway. The interstate 81 in western Virginia had a decent amount of traffic for a rural freeway, more than I thought. I just drove in for about 20 miles where in runs along with the 64. Once you get onto interstate 77 in Beckley there is a solid amount of traffic, but it still is quite rural.
