Section 1-Title
The bill my be cited as the Holiday Act

Section 2--Recognition of Statewide Holidays
1. Will recognize May Day & Election Day as state holidays with state workers being given the day off.

Stature 1--The Suffrage Act of 2022
1. Along with making Election Day a regional holiday, it would require that all those disenfranchised due to being imprisoned or having previously committed a crime to be given voter rights, as long as they are not currently incarcerated.

Section 3--Implementation
The legislation shall take place effective July 1, 2023
