So this ballot links to the original post, but the bill was amended, and the amended version is on page 2 of the thread - which the ballot fails to directly link to. So I'm not sure what I'm voting on lol.

Also I'll just note that according to the OP this election takes place in the past.....not that it matters, if Lincoln is sending me a time machine, then I'll vote in a location where this post doesn't exist yet, and when I return to the present, it'll be a post-election post irrelevant to the count..but still this is one messed up ballot.
