After talking with him extensively on Discord, I'm a Yes. But I'd like to see him back in a more limited status initially - I seem to recall there being a way to make a user's posts have to be approved by the mods.

Greedo says that his brother created nein numb. After that, Greedo was banned (along with nein numb), and Greedo created 3 socks in an attempt to get back on atlas or at least learn the length of his ban (at this point he was unaware of nein numb's existence). His brother created possibly as many as 6 socks in an attempt to get back on.

It's not a joke, Greedo really posted that and it is his brother speaking. It was originally posted to the Greedo discord.
