As distasteful as it is that some Trump supporters would rather concern troll about Hillary's coughing than talk about anything that actually matters, I do wonder if Hillary will make it through two full terms (assuming she is re-elected) or if she will have to resign in 2022 or so due to her health.

It's likely not a big issue - she had similar problems with coughing in the 2008 cycle, so it's chronic but obviously not indicative of terminal problems - but it's a bigger problem in terms of perception.

Can you imagine what will happen if Clinton has a 5-minute coughing spell during one or more debates? Trump will annihilate her over it, she won't be able to adequately respond to questions during the debate given the time-window for answers, and heavens forbid that the moderators "handicap" the situation for her ("we're going to take a 5-minute break while this feeble old hag gets herself under control").
