Even assuming that this does clear Trump of all wrongdoing, I think this is a plus for him as much as Clinton being cleared of any wrongdoing was for her in 2016. At best for Trump, it's something that isn't brought up much in 2020.

It may not be "exonerating" for Trump, but clearly Democrats should focus on something else in the 2020 election.

Uh, the letter itself claims what we know to be true, that Russia DID try to influence the election. The investigation was about potential involvement with the Trump campaign. Finding no evidence that Trump colluded with the Russians doesn't change the fact that we know that Russia did try to interfere to elect Trump.

Now, Democrats shouldn't run on this in 2020, but it's not like Russia did nothing wrong.

The 2020 election is a Toss-Up, and anyone trying to call it a foregone conclusion either way this far out is being ridiculous.

I'm going to want to see the actual report before drawing any conclusions. Pretty clear that Barr is extremely biased, but I don't want to make too much out of vague statements.
