Exit polls should be taken with a grain of salt, but if Sanders comes close to that number with white voters, he's easily got a double digit win.

Can we all just relax and wait for the actual results?

That's not possible on Atlas. It's like asking a dog to do quantum physics.

So we went from a Sanderslide to a near tie to knowing nothing again...

Maybe I should take a nap, and come back when the polls close.

If Bernie only wins by a low single-digit margin, it could be because of high turnout in Milwaukee, him underperforming in Madison, Clinton winning the Green Bay area, or possibly Wisconsinite liking Sanders but being somewhat hesitant to vote for him (like in Ohio).

It's useless to try and dissect potential results, though. Only an hour before we start getting some real results!

I won't be surprised if a new party rises up for the center since it's obvious both parties are moving to the  far left and far right

I can't see that happening any time soon. The voting population has become so polarized, and even so-called "moderates" are still often willing to vote for an extreme candidate, if only to prevent the other candidate from winning.

When are we getting our damn results?  I was promised 6 PM PST.

I'm guessing some time between 6:30 and 7.

Sanders is winning the Milwaukee suburbs/Chicago exurbs and Green Bay so far.

Well that ended quickly. Looks like a low double-digit win is likely. Every win counts!

The Supreme Court results are looking very disappointing.

I can't believe my eyes with the Supreme Court results. Is there a chance for this to turn around? Sad

What's the story there?
Local issues never get enough attention.  Likely much more consequential to real people than whether Bernie loses by 250 or 230 delegates.
In Washington we have some prick who stuffs the ballot with initiatives to dramatically lower taxes and change programs for the worse every year, under nice-sounding names to try to trick unknowing voters into destroying the state economy.  Ought to be illegal.

Tim Eyman is literally the worst thing about Washington state and 80% of the reason we can't have nice things. Also a great example of why the initiative system is a double-edged sword

Yeah, it's sad how many people don't care about local races. And this too, Tim Eyman is such an awful con artist.

Uh, why are Democrats so surprised that Bradley won? Republican turnout was higher than Democratic turnout, with more ballots being cast in the GOP primary:

827438 (52%)
765074 (48%)   (That's with 79% reporting on the GOP side and 81% reporting on the Democratic side)

And the numbers for the Supreme Court race so far: 53% Bradley, 47% Kloppenburg

So, not exactly shocking.

Thank you. Simply raging against college kids will not win you elections in the long run. If the dems are going to secure the states, they need to get their voters out. Imagine the margins if there had not been a competitive democratic primary this year? Would people be raging at Hillary for this loss? Probably not.

Yeah, I know people love to hate on Sanders supporters, particularly the younger ones, but I don't think we can throw all the blame for this at their feet. And simply getting mad at them won't solve anything.

The race was just called for Bradley. Wisconsin continues to be a freedom state at the federal level, but a horrible state at the local level.

HHHHHS. I envy you, Washingtonian.

Well, if you do decide to leave Wisconsin, you're more than welcome to come here. Tongue

Hillary can't be dumb enough to go ultra negative here. What's to gain?

Yeah, I mean, she can criticize Sanders, but if she goes super negative on him, things will get worse for everyone.

Sanders' win was actually slightly larger than Cruz's, in the end. It seems Atlas posters beat the polls in this race. I'm pretty proud of my prediction of a 12-point Sanders win and a 9-point Cruz win.
