Quinnipiac: Dems lead in FL, Toomey up big in PA, Strickland leads Portman in OH

This is the same poll that showed strange results on the presidential level. With that said, in this poll, Toomey is over-performing the Republican ticket, while Portman is under-performing it. That's a bit surprising to me.

Wolf is a great gov and he is going to have a great 2 terms, Pa usually keeps a Gov around for two terms, Corbett was the only exception.

You're right. Republicans should give up on a race in a fairly competitive state three years out. You should be a Republican strategist, and advise Republicans to give up on this race and the OH senate race.

^I don't know, Democrats haven't done too well in statewide races in Ohio. Strickland's leads haven't been huge, so I'd hesitate to call him the favorite. I certainly don't buy Portman trailing Strickland while Toomey easily leads.
