Should be noted that the Union of Centrists (seems like a petsonal cult that's been chugging for a while) are being included in polls and regularly top the threshold.

KIDISO for what is worth may merge back with PASOK. The new leader spoke of reconciliation with the dissident group.

Of the three polls today, two are fairly similar; but this one is pretty off the wall:

Syriza 26.5
Nd 21.1
popular Unity 11.4
Golden Dawn 10.1
KKE 8.7
Potami 6.2
EK 5.2
ANEL 4.3
pASOK 4.0

I'm guessing this pollster (which doesn't have that much of a track record) is over polling populists; that or the others pollsters aren't. Notably that would be the highest Golden Dawn performance ever (beating their performance in the low turnout 2014 Euros), the best KKE performance since 1990 and a huge upswing for Popular Unity.

Greece is rapidly turning into an election watcher's dream come true (albeit a Greek's nightmare Tongue ).

Yes, it's awfully nice of Greece to volunteer their country to turn into an Atlas spectator sport.

Maybe they can bring back another "technocrat"? I wonder what Lucas Papademos is doing nowadays...

Like last time the two rival Maoist parties the Marxist-Leninist Communist Party of Greece and the Communist Party of Greece (Marxist-Leninist) are running a joint list called the Marxist-Leninist Communist Parties of Greece.

It'll never last.

Are the Ecologists going to throw their lot in with Syriza again?

Something calling itself "VoicenNews" is regularly showing massively inflated results for the anti-establishment : Golden Dawn getting more than a tenth of the vote (the others show them with seven at most) is the most terrifying; but there are similarly inflated figures for the Communists, Union of Dentists, ANEL and LAE.

Conversely the polls showing ND leads and deflated populates are from two of the agencies that (disasterously) polled the referendum, so perhaps this freak agency is on the money.

I'm the January election the polls were all in relative agreement though. None of this bizarre swings. Honestly I expect ND to win the bonus, but I wouldn't be surprised by anything really.

I am going to make a bold prediction: ANTARSYA will enter parliament. They are one of the bigger sub threshold parties left (DX polled decently in the 2012 elections, but I imagine much of that niche has been hoovered by the media whore river leader.)

Did the Union of Centrists draw some To Potami voters?

Nah, the name is, erm, misleading.

I imagine the 50 seat bonus also trapped a lot of the mini parties, especially Potami and LAE.

Of course, I dramatically failed in my prediction that AnTARSYA would surge.

Who are the "centrists"? Are you referring to the union of dentists?

I imagine some Potami to ND transfer, under the new, erm, moderat leader.
