I read somewhere that in all of Branstad's prior races he has won every county in the state except Lee (Fort Madison) and Johnson (Iowa City)... looks like he never will. Can't see him running again in 2018, though, you never know with him...

On a side note, what the hell makes Johnson County so Democratic?
