Whether you like it or not, New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo is not resigning or retiring from office. He is a hard-nosed center-left New York Democrat. He is more cynical, more uncompromising, more technocratic and egotistical than his father, Mario.

He is the typical machine Democratic politician who can charm people to vote for him. Does he have true Cuomo supporters?

He may be reelected in 2022, 2026, possibly in 2030.....he is on track to be the longest-serving NY governor

What are lessons to learn?
