Some Michigan Republicans are considering asking musician Kid Rock (Robert Ritchie) to run for the U.S. Senate for Michigan against incumbent Debbie Stabenow, who has been a senator since 2000. Yes, the musician Kid Rock. He is a very controversial man, has a lot of baggage, but in the age of Donald Trump, politics has changed forever, and anyone can run for office if they can make a difference. He'd drive up black turnout for Stabenow, after the things he said about musician Beyonce a couple of years ago.

I wasn't aware black turnout was impacted by opinion of Beyonce, didn't seem to help Hillary in Ohio Tongue

Black voters care more about Beyoncé in my opinion, that is why they were so vexed when Adele won those Grammy awards. Some of them. Some of them don't care, but once the report comes out, they will turn out against Rock.

Read the article. Trump has changed politics forever. Anyone can be elected to anything now. It doesn't matter anymore.
