Would Zephyr Teachout make sense, if she becomes Governor or Representative?

Representative Teachout? Maybe. I don't see her being governor in 2018 or 2022.

I was actually wondering if Russ Feingold might make a run in 2020 should Trump win this time. He's likely to return to the Senate even if Trump wins, and could easily return to prominence there rather quickly.
