^Reaching out to Black voters would be a much bigger waste of time and one of the worst decisions he could make. He CAN make at least some inroads with Latino voters, even though he has a low ceiling.
Not really. Not every black voter cares about Duke, etc. They're too busy working, they feel left out by the government right now. Trump needs to appeal to ALL Americans. Not every black voter dislike him. They like his success to the top, his business, his casinos, his macho style talk. Trump could win 6-10% of the black vote.
