Absolutely. I've been saying this for months. Bayh is the safest choice Hillary can pick in 2016. Safe, won't overshadow the Clintons, on message, presidential-looking, and could help in the Midwest states like Ohio, Michigan, and maybe Indiana and Missouri. A Clinton-Bayh ticket may be too DLC for the base though, but it may be a winning ticket too.
