The former New York governor isn't ruling out a 2016 presidential bid. While he's a longshot, can he impact the GOP nomination if he runs or will his apparent lack of charisma affect his bid?

If Pataki runs, it's probably more for a cabinet position. He could be a good VP for a conservative firebrand to unify the moderates and conservatives.
