Paul could get his first 4th place finish....albeit with a smaller share of the vote than in either IA or NH.

Giuliani's strategy of getting zero delegates and as many 6th place finishes as possible seems to be going according to plan.

Romney is currently in the lead in the delegate race with 18 of 30 delegates from MI committed.

Romney currently has 40 delegates (10 from MI)
Huckabee has 21
McCain has 10 (8 from MI)

I'm pretty sure that McCain had 10 delegates *before* MI....seeing as how he would have gotten more than 2 delegates from winning NH.

Romney won liberals 31-28.  I don't understand.

However, McCain won Democrats by a fairly large margin.

Huh?  Maybe people taking the exit poll didn't understand the questions.

You can't really trust any of the internals for demographic groups for which the sample size was small.  Only 11% of those voting in the GOP primary identified themselves as liberal, and only 7% as Democrats.....so we can't be sure exactly how those groups voted.
