What's your current over/under on the total number of candidates who'll run in the Democratic primaries in 2020, and will actually manage to participate in at least one of the debates, even if it's a "kiddie table" debate?

In the past three Republican contests (all wide open contests with no one overwhelming frontrunner early on), the numbers were:

2008: 12 candidates
2012: 10 candidates
2016: 17 candidates

So what about the Dems in 2020?  Will more than 17 candidates make it to the debates?
