I don't think I've been to a Trump county since September 2015.  Granted, the majority of my time since then was spent in Australia.  Though I flew over a bunch of Trump counties in November when I flew MSP->SJC and back.

EDIT: And actually, even in September 2015, I was just driving through a Trump county, without ever actually getting out of the car.  The last time I was actually in a Trump county in which I stepped foot outside was January 2015, when I went to visit friends in Fargo.

Oh wait, never mind, scratch all of the above.  I was in Scott County, MN briefly a few months ago, shortly after I moved back to the US.  So I guess that was the last time.

It literally amazes me that a Democrat who is trying to go to some gorgeous beach or beautiful national park would be bothered that the area votes Republican, or that a Republican who wants to go to a sporting event of their favorite team or go out on the town in some awesome big city would be bothered that the area votes Democrat.  Who cares?  Their reasons for voting that way have LITERALLY nothing to do with why you're going there.

ALL LIBERAL, ALL THE TIME!!!  DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND?!??!?

Hahaha.  Like seriously, does he not realize that in like 99.99% of places that vote Democrat, there are lots of Republicans and vice versa?  Heck, Orange County still gave Trump SO many votes, and 440,000 people in Cook County cast ballots for The Donald ... they still exist.

That's why BRTD prefers to stick to >80% Clinton precincts, to minimize the chances that he might have to speak with a person who disagrees with him on politics.
