Does anyone have an explanation as to why Trump hasn't nominated someone to Agriculture or the VA yet?

I guess Agriculture may have been slowed down with time wasted trying to get Heitkamp on board, but VA makes less sense given Trump's focus on Vets during the campaign. Maybe there just aren't a lot of people that want the position, given all the problems associated with it and the likely blame that comes with it.

It sounded like Scott Brown really did want VA at one point, though maybe that's changed.
