I'm with Jonathan Chait in thinking that the interesting scenario would actually be a Bloomberg third party candidacy in a world where Trump is the GOP nominee and Sanders (rather than Clinton) is the Dem. nominee. That would be interesting, because Bloomberg would have a niche as the non-socialist/non-racist candidate, and he'd probably get tons of fawning media coverage from pundits who don't view either Sanders or Trump as "serious people".
