It's this poll, which has Trump at 1% of the black vote in the 2-way matchup with Clinton and 0% (4th place) in the 4-way matchup with Johnson and Stein included:

Should be noted that other polls have Trump doing not quite *that* badly among blacks.  E.g., the recent Pew poll has him at 7% in the 2-way matchup:
