So what are the betting odds on Paul running again in 2020 (assuming a Clinton victory next year, meaning another open GOP field in 2020)?  One year ago, I would have put that as being a near lock, but if he did this badly in 2016, maybe he's not actually going to bother running for president in every cycle.
