Also, Fiorina only two points ahead of Christie and Kasich means that things are looking good for all three (Fiorina/Christie/Kasich) to be invited to the "grownups" debate under the new rules, meaning 11 people in that debate.

Trump is at 59% favorable / 29% unfavorable among Republican voters.  In June, the same pollster had him at 20% favorable / 55% unfavorable.
