Here's his Twitter account:

If I'm reading this right, I think some of those are re-tweets, and I assume it's a staffer doing this rather than Trump himself.  But still….lol.

I have doubts about his sanity.

If he has problems with Frank Luntz and Megyn Kelly -- think of the trouble that he will have with Rachel Maddow.

Oh thats going to be fantastic. When is MSNBC holding a debate.

Never.  The Republicans won't do debates with MSNBC anymore.

Even more emblematic of the problem with the Republicans: unwilling to listen to ideas outside of their sphere.

Well, the Dems also won't do debates on Fox News Channel.

Michael Cohen (the same Trump lawyer who said that there's no such thing as marital rape) retweeted a comment about "gutting" Megyn Kelly:

Trump called a stooge on a double standard.

He could have done so without making the implication that it was PMS...

Update: Conservative blogger Erick Erickson of "RedState" has disinivited Trump from a RedState gathering in Atlanta this weekend that is set to feature the majority of the GOP presidential candidates as speakers.  He says it's because Trump's comments about Megyn Kelly crossed a line:

Trump campaign's predictable reaction to being dropped by Red State:

Reading the comments on Red State, it looks like readers there are divided about whether Erickson disinviting Trump from the Atlanta conference is called for or not.  From a Trump defender:

I'm surprised to have not seen anyone there using the term "cuckservative".

Incidentally, while the "headline" remark by Trump from that CNN interview was the comment on Megyn Kelly's blood, he also took swipes at other conservative commentators who have criticized him:

http://gawker.com/trump-on-megyn-kelly-there-was-blood-coming-out-of-he-1722831085

Charles Krauthammer (“A real jerk...the worst”)
George Will (“Pathetic”)
pollster Frank Luntz (“A dunce...a major loser”)

Of course Trump has also tweeted disapprovingly of Krauthammer and Will in years past, along with other notable conservatives, like Michelle Malkin, Jonah Goldberg, David Cameron, etc.  Read all about it in this fantastic CNN piece from June, "Donald Trump thinks pretty much everyone is a loser".

Bloomberg has a roundup of some of the reaction to this dustup from other Republicans:

http://www.bloomberg.com/politics/articles/2015-08-08/redstate-disinvites-trump-over-kelly-comment-fiorina-defends-moderator

Priebus has cancelled a Sunday morning appearance on "Face the Nation", possibly because he doesn't want to answer questions about Trump.  Rubio also says he doesn't want to talk about Trump's comments, though several other 2016ers (like Bush, Fiorina, Graham, Huckabee, Walker…) say that he should at least apologize.

I'm no dummy, I've been tested.  Does everyone on the Trump campaign talk like this?  Tongue

It's not quite over!  Megyn Kelly announced a short vacation last week, and on Friday, Trump claimed responsibility:

And she's back from vacation, and he continues to troll her:
