Specifically, Bush, Walker, Jindal, Perry, Rubio, Santorum, and Pataki.

Kasich has flown to DC in order to attend Netanyahu's address to Congress.  He also says he's planning a trip to NH:

It bothers me Hillary won't get a real challenge within the party. Feels like 2000 with Al Gore.

Bradley actually led the polls in New Hampshire for a while and, despite being an underdog, was seen as having a realistic chance of winning the nomination.  That is, before Gore retook the lead in NH, and then steamrolled his way to winning every primary off of his IA and NH victories.  I doubt Clinton gets any challenger remotely as formidable as Bradley was at his peak.

Is this a done deal?  Last time we thought we had an exploratory committee by Mr. Carson, the media walked it back saying it wasn't an exploratory committee.

Aren't you thinking of Graham rather than Carson?

Graham says "it’s more likely than not that he'll seek the Republican presidential nomination in 2016":

http://www.heraldonline.com/2015/03/02/6848552/graham-targets-new-hampshire-for.html

Graham is also scheduled for a New Hampshire visit on March 9:

http://www.necn.com/news/politics/2016-New-Hampshire-Presidential-Candidate-Tracker-281958331.html

Then both Graham and Pataki will speak at a "WILD Irish Breakfast"(??) in Nashua, NH on March 17.

According to the Des Moines Register's candidate tracker, after the ag summit on Saturday, Cruz and Jindal will both appear at a separate Iowa event on Monday.  Then Perry has an event on the 19th at the West Des Moines Marriott.  Then Walker in Iowa on April 24 for an Iowa GOP fundraiser:

Meanwhile, Bush will be doing a New Hampshire trip on March 13-14:

Bush did a Nevada event two days ago, billed as "his first campaign-style event with a general audience in 13 years":

The Des Moines Register notes how, with Texas now the biggest primary state on Super Tuesday, the presidential race is already revving up in the state:

So last month, Huckabee actually signed a new deal as a pitchman for a "diabetes solution kit", something that's highly unusual for a presidential candidate, or pseudo-presidential candidate:

Several candidates from both parties (including a rare appearance by Jim Webb!) spoke to a firefighters union conference yesterday:

Biden also attended the event one day earlier, and Bush didn't show up, but instead spoke via a pre-taped address.

Peter King also spoke before the firefighters union convention, and spent a lot of time attacking other Republicans re: the almost-shutdown of DHS:
