I think he's suggesting that he's at apogee--the farthest point in his orbit from the Earth.  This is what happens when you post careless things on Atlas.  You eventually come crashing back down to Earth.

Why does Australia look like a pooping animal fetus?

Whenever I look out my window, I wonder the same thing.  Why is this fetus pooping, and doesn't that make it messy in the womb?  And since Australia is dominated by marsupials, shouldn't this fetus just hang out in its mother's pouch?
