Whatever happened to his Kenyan children anyway? It's like they've dropped off the face of the earth.

He also said back in January during the brief Allison break up period that he was concerned that dating Allison would mean the end of his Kenyan dreams.  Now that Allison is out of the picture, he's oddly said nothing about wanting to take the opportunity to move to Kenya.

God, I would love to read a prequel series about what Bushie was up to between graduating from college and beginning Update five years ago! We still know so little about his first ex-fiancee!

So, wait, he's had a total of four fiancees?  Tiffanye, Susan, Allison, and then someone else before all of that, pre-2009?

Who reimburses Bushie's doctor for his services though?  Is the $ coming from the tribe, or from the state or federal government?

The money comes from the tribe.  Indian tribes are very rich with all the casinos they operate.  When I get my insurance in November, then I will give the doctor's office my insurance information just like I would any other doctor.  The doctor will then bill the insurance, then the tribe will cover the rest instead of me.

So, "when I get my insurance in November"?  Does that mean that your employer will actually be the ones giving you health insurance, but that the tribe pays for all of your copays/deductibles?  Or does the tribe pay for the insurance itself as well?

Maybe Allison discovered Update, and that helped scare her off?  Didn't Mondale try to send her a link to these threads some months ago?

He's a little hard on me just because he wants to make me think and learn quick.

Sounds like foreshadowing of trouble ahead.

Bushie's life is so surreal. I've never had anyone ask me to come over to play boardgames at night.

This is pretty normal in the nerd culture I inhabit, though the games tend to be like these:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/German-style_board_game

That is, games like Settlers of Catan and Carcassone.  Also, of course, Axis & Allies.  I used to do some all day Axis & Allies games when I was in college and grad school, but don't really do that anymore.

In fact, I still do board gaming remotely with my friends in North America.  We play online versions, while we talk to each other over Google Hangouts.

However, I suspect that the board games that Bushie would play are far more vanilla, like Monopoly or Life, or something like that.  But maybe I'm jumping to conclusions here.  Bushie, what kind of board games do you play?

Bushie, why wouldn't you let Allison see your inner perv? We certainly all know he exists.

Srsly.

Bushie, don't you think some PlayBoy TV might have been just the thing to rev ol' Allie's engines?  You do know that it's common in America today for boyfriends and girlfriends to have relations before marriage, right?

It sounds like it wasn't just a lack of sex, but that even simple displays of affection were lacking.  Maybe he just wasn't that into her.

have we heard from bushie this morning?

hopefully he made it to work.

I think he simply doesn't want to answer the hard questions about what board games he plays.

I help lead the music at the church I just joined last Sunday, so I need to be there for that.

Is this just singing, or instruments as well?  What does leading the music involve?

Ernest apparently used to do commercials for Braum's, long before he started his job as a moderator here:

I'm home from a good Evening Service.  I'm watching the Chiefs vs. Panthers right now and will watch Big Brother at 2200 on DVR.

If you have a DVR, can't you flip back and forth between the two shows during commercials?  Do you really need to sit through the commercials on the football game?

After recalling the steps?

You've regressed since 2011, when you said "I know how to cook a little bit, and I'm going to try to get my mother and grandmother to teach me more dishes.  Right now, my specialty is spaghetti.  I can fix spaghetti pretty well without too much trouble."

Also, what happened to this?:

I have not, yet.  I need to get to Walmart to get something to cook.  That likely won't happen until at least this weekend.

Of course, you just said:

I don't have anywhere else I have to go tonight, so I'll be able to relax quite nicely and go to bed at a normal time.

So why not just go to Walmart tonight, and then have something to cook for dinner this coming week, rather than wait for the weekend, which is five days away?

Did you eat chocolate cake today?

No cake today.  I don't know what the cause of it is.

Your body's telling you that it wants more Braum's.

I will be getting off at 1630 and will probably watch some baseball as the feature presentation.

So your day at work is like the cartoon before the movie?

Dude, do you ever go outside, take a block long walk, get fresh air, talk to people?  Do you have 1 friend there yet outside of work?

That's a good point.

Bushie, even if you're not ready to look for another romantic partner just yet, what about just socializing with more people?  Surely with meetup.com or something, you can find some social activity that you're interested in?

Not a doctor... high school coaches do this stuff. But I call BS that it's actually at 3. That may be the color of your toilet water post-urination, but that means your actual urine is much darker.

No, it's actually a 3.  I just looked at it a few moments ago.  Occasionally it may be a 4, but it's normally a 3.

A few months ago?Huh Don't you go several times a day?

Inks, I'm going to have to ask you to take an intoxication test, as you seem to be drunk posting.

First step: What color is your urine?

Hate to use a pun here, but your argument just got tinkled on...

Wow... my mistake. And I can't even blame it on birthday intoxication.

OK, that's not a color.  This isn't looking good for you.

Second step of the test: Please type the alphabet backwards, and post it in this thread.

Bushie, have you bought any food/cooking supplies in preparation for your first use of either your oven or stove at your apartment?
