A poll on the forum or an election poll in the database?

For the former, no; the latter, yes.

What?  Yes, you can edit polls on the forum.  If you've made the poll, then to the right of the poll, there will be several options, including "remove vote", "show pie chart", etc., and one of them will be "edit poll".  Just click on "edit poll", and you can change the poll.

I have never seen "edit poll". Sad
Maybe only moderators can?

Do you have a thread where you started a poll?  Show me an example, and we'll see if you can see the edit poll option.

Well, that's weird.  I can edit any poll I make, even if it's not on a board that I moderate.
