Btw, Canada changed their citizenship laws in 2009, to make it so that the child of any Canadian citizen who was born in Canada would automatically be a citizen, regardless of where they themselves were born. They even made promotional videos about it, called "Waking up Canadian":

I've never done anything to claim my Canadian citizenship though, but maybe I should. I suppose I could also try to go for Australian citizenship, and become a triple citizen.
