The website Ladbrokes.com has started offering bets for the 2016 presidential election, at least for the 2016 Democratic nomination and the winner of the general election (no market yet for the GOP nomination, presumably because it heavily depends on whether Romney wins this year or not).  Hillary Clinton is the favorite for both the Dem. nomination and the general election.....though there are a number of GOP candidates who they're not listing.....like Mitt Romney, Chris Christie, and Bobby Jindal.

2016 Dem. nomination:

Clinton 3/1
Biden 10/1
Cuomo 12/1
O'Malley 12/1
Warren 20/1
Patrick 25/1
Hickenlooper 25/1
Warner 25/1
Kaine 25/1
Schweitzer 25/1
Napolitano 33/1
Bayh 33/1
Emmanuel 33/1
Webb 33/1
Booker 40/1
Gillibrand 50/1
S. Brown 50/1
Gore 66/1
Clooney 100/1
Franken 100/1
Joe Kennedy III 100/1
Michelle Obama 100/1
Perdue 100/1
Chelsea Clinton 200/1

Winning Individual

Clinton 6/1
Biden 20/1
J. Bush 20/1
Rubio 20/1
Cuomo 25/1
O'Malley 25/1
Warren 40/1
Santorum 50/1
Rand Paul 66/1
Palin 66/1
Booker 80/1
Ron Paul 100/1

Update:

Little change on the Democratic nomination odds, but there's now a new betting outfit (called Stan James) that's offering slightly different odds:

http://www.oddschecker.com/specials/politics-and-election/us-presidential-election-2016/democrat-candidate

Clinton 5/2
Cuomo 8/1
Biden 10/1
O'Malley 10/1
Warren 14/1
Warner 22/1
Feingold 25/1
Kaine 25/1
Patrick 25/1
Emanuel 28/1
Hickenlooper 28/1
Schweitzer 28/1
Sebelius 28/1

And Ladbrokes has added contracts on Romney and some additional Republicans in the winning individual market:

Romney 5/1
Clinton 6/1
Ryan 8/1
Rubio 16/1
Biden 20/1
J. Bush 20/1
Cuomo 25/1
Jindal 25/1
O'Malley 25/1
Walker 33/1
Christie 40/1
Warren 40/1

Christie only half as likely as Jeb Bush to be elected president in 2016?  Seems like a stretch.
