^^^That was pretty epic. He did it by looking at flight records and seeing one from Alaska to wherever the announcement rally was, if I remember right.

Yes, there was a private flight booked from Alaska to Arizona (McCain's home state and campaign base), which was then going to fly to Dayton, Ohio where the announcement was being made.  jmfcst insisted that it must be Palin, and that McCain must be picking her, but everyone else was skeptical.

Sarah Palin is no Dan Quayle, and the American public would welcome her personality and character.

She is more articulate than McCain, Biden, or Obama.  She is in complete command of her subjects and she connects well with her audience.
