Barack Obama did so well in Hawaii in the past two elections due to him being born there, etc. That being said, how would Hillary Clinton fair in the islands?

I'm going to guess she'll get anywhere from 60-65% of the vote in 2016.

I doubt that it will be like 2004, where the Bush campaign put some work into Hawaii.
