1952: Eisenhower (Taft in primary)
1956: Eisenhower
1960: JFK
1964: Johnson
1968: Humphrey
1972: McGovern
1976: Carter
1980: Carter
1984: Reagan
1988: Bush
1992: Perot
1996: Perot
2000: Bush
2004: Kerry
2008: Obama (Paul in primary)
2012: Romney (Paul in primary)
2016: Abstain (Paul in primary)
With hindsight, 1964 and 2000 would definitely have changed.
