Case supports the Cuban embargo!  I was even considering supporting him for a minute, but forget that.

Whats the big deal with that?

It's not a big deal, but I feel strongly about it.

I thought of a benefit of Case winning:  Akaka's is 82 and is therefore at least has a chance at dying in office.  Case almost certainly would survive the whole term; and, Hawaii has a Republican governor that's going to be re-elected.  I still support Akaka, of course, but I'll take a positive out of it either way.

Why is everyone labeling Case a DINO?  I don't see that in his voting record at all.  He voted with the Dems on almost every major issue presented to the 108th congress.  And, he's decent looking for a 50+ year old.

He is an Iraq war supporter. We are trying to get rid of those not add them.

I don't have a big problem with people who voted with the resolution in October 2002, I just get mad at Democrats that continue to defend the Bush war policy.  Does Case continue to do that? (honest question)
