"If you were voting in an election and all that you knew about the candidates for Congress, was that one was the incumbent -- that is, someone who currently holds that position -- and the other was the challenger, who would you be more inclined to vote for: the incumbent or the challenger?"

WTF kind of question is that?  The results by the way, Incumbent 21% Challenger 46% Unsure 33%

I understand that they're trying to illustrate that there's an anti-incumbent mood, but still...
