Medical only.

Your religious delusions shouldn't put the community at risk.

Secular law trumps religious law.

not universally.  see Wisconsin v. Yoder.

For public schools, medical only. Of course private schools should be allowed to make their own rules.

only to a certain extent -- accreditation and the lack therof can serve as a weapon for the state to coerce certain concessions out of private schools.
